We purchased our new car from Ballentine Toyota after contacting four dealerships. We found the best price including a “reasonable” documentation fee charged at Ballentine. There were no hidden cost and we paid what we were expecting. Our salesman, Brad Culbertson was pleasant, professional and communicative which was important to me. We had to drive approximately 130 miles round trip from our home to purchase from Ballentine but we found it made more sense to do this financially to get what we wanted. I would suggest before trading in your own vehicle try selling it yourself. We saved $3,800 by doing so ourselves. We would do business with Ballentine Toyota again. It was a good experience for us.
