Customer Service Nightmare Just bought a truck from this location. Was a CPO vehicle and 40 miles away from the dealership on my way home the truck had a DEF fault light come on Just bought a truck from this location. Was a CPO vehicle and 40 miles away from the dealership on my way home the truck had a DEF fault light come on bc it was full of dirty DEF fluid. Had to leave truck with another dealer who was a god send (Preston Ford of Denton). Service manager was going to have me pay for the repair bc it wasn’t a warranty covered issue when I didn’t even get truck home yet. I spent two days calling to have them finally agree to pay for it to be done. Never offered me a rental and only reason things got done was bc I played liaison between both dealers for two days on the phone. They didn’t offer me any kind of compensation for all the mess and poorly checked out vehicle. Truck was power washed and left dirty. I’m having to detail it myself. They didn’t offer any kind of I’m sorry or we’ll make it right. Sales person was helpful but that’s it. Hands down bad experience for spending that kind of money and I’m not difficult to please. Get it together dudes. Your in customer service so at least pretend to give a xxxx. More

Horrible Experience After purchasing several vehicles from Sheehy I felt comfortable going to this dealership to browse several vehicles with interest in a F150. After viewing the internet I went to Sheehy Ford in Marlow Heights to look at several vehicles (Platinum F150 and Limited F150) and received a buyers order that was several thousand dollars more than the internet price. I questioned the finance manager and he stated that is due to “special financing” blah blah blah. After several back and forth calls I decided it was best to take my business to Koons Ford in Silver Spring where I did purchase a platinum F150 for almost 5k less than Sheehy Ford in Marlow Heights. I would not send my dog to this location and will never visit this dealership again. Buyers beware that this location is everything that bad car dealerships represent and more. More

Early Birthday Present I came in thinking i wasn’t going to get anything too exciting. Then i met Evelyn, my dealer. She was so awesome and she made sure that i would leave I came in thinking i wasn’t going to get anything too exciting. Then i met Evelyn, my dealer.
