Koons Ford was great in help us find the perfect Bronco. - dberry132

Koons Ford was great in help us find the perfect Bronco. Sale guy was super knowledgeable about all the Broncos on the lot and very patient as I looked at each one.

Incredible service. - lauriegeorge

Incredible service. I can't stop raving over the quality of service. My oil % was at 5%, I called with my concern, and Curtis, Tony, and Tracy all helped me to make sure my car would be safe and taken care of. They had their mobile maintenance program come to where I work and changed the oil, rotated to tires and checked all the fluids. Not even 24 hours later my car is ready to go.

Second time working with this dealership and once again - kalea.mcfadden1

Second time working with this dealership and once again they were absolutely incredible. I’m in Texas and they’re in Virginia, but they made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Super professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Hands down one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had.

The worst dealership I have ever encountered. - sewingsavoy

The worst dealership I have ever encountered. Two days after buying a 2019 Expedition in June, 2026, the transmission went out. Not to mention the RUST under the vehicle. People wonder how did it pass MD. inspection. They fail to mention the rust from salt corrosion. This was supposed to be 139 point certified vehicle. What a lie, They refused to unwind the deal with the credit union. Desperate to get a sale in which Mark from sales up the price by $3,000, Jelani lied about the financial part and the General Manager was useless to even try to work with in helping me to get the contract cancelled. I should have read all the Bad ratings and reviews from BBB, Google and Yelp before I even came in their direction. They are not doing a good job in trying to improve, selling bad vehicles to people because they are desperate to get a sale. That vehicle should have been marked Salvage. Shame on Waldorf Ford.

Crystal in sales was so helpful. - richardespitee

Crystal in sales was so helpful. Kept me informed with emails and pictures and even videos throughout the whole process! This was an out of state purchase as well and she went above and beyond to help me. She is an asset to the Ford franchise. Thank you!

Totally disappointed and will never again use this - Jafcosr@gmail.com

Totally disappointed and will never again use this dealership even if it's to put air in a tire

Today Nov 6,2025, had an appointment for 8:00am , came - Mihaidandara

Today Nov 6,2025, had an appointment for 8:00am , came here, after 1h and 45min off waiting, they didn't even start checking my vehicle, I ended up scheduling another appointment with another ford dealership. Horrible customer service, choose another location, rude and disrespectful.

Said my power seat that wouldn't work needed the tracking - discovol95

Said my power seat that wouldn't work needed the tracking replaced for nearly $2000. Reaearched it myself and just needed to replace the switch for $15. They also said my wipers were worn and wanted to replace them for $120. I had just replaced them the day before! Contacted them but nobody is doing anything about this. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I had a service scheduling issue at Malloy Ford of - rover

I had a service scheduling issue at Malloy Ford of Alexandria and decided to reach out about it. What impressed me was how fast the General Manager, Daniel Khan, personally got back to me and owned the situation. No excuses, just an apology and real solutions like mobile service and pick-up/delivery options. Deshaun also stepped up and helped me get both my vehicles scheduled for mobile service the very next day. They even provided complimentary service as a goodwill gesture. This is the kind of responsiveness and customer care that keeps me coming back. Highly recommend Malloy Ford of Alexandria.

I had an exceptional experience with Koons Silver Spring - bpercich

I had an exceptional experience with Koons Silver Spring Ford, all handled remotely—and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Johnathan Rafiq and Marc L. Bortnick were incredible from start to finish. They took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for, understood my needs, and made it happen—without me ever having to step foot in the dealership. They even brought the car directly to me for a test drive, which was a game-changer in terms of convenience and customer service. Johnathan was professional, responsive, and patient throughout the process, and Marc made sure everything came together seamlessly. It’s rare to find a dealership team this attentive, efficient, and committed to making the experience easy and stress-free. I’ll absolutely continue to work with them for future purchases and highly recommend Koons Silver Spring Ford to anyone looking for outstanding service.

I had the worst experience that I have ever had at a - Donaldames21

I had the worst experience that I have ever had at a dealership. if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Sit back. This is a long nightmare of a story. I visited this location to test drive a “brand new” 2026 Ford Mustang Ecoboost VIN: 1FA6P8TH7T5100941 on 8/5. Salesman Abu Jatta was the individual that I was in contact with to schedule an appointment. I spoke with him first on 8/2 regarding setting up a day. He told me “it’s best if you come Wednesday, someone left the lights on in the car so the battery has died” I found that interesting but nevertheless I told him Wednesday I’ll stop after work to test drive the vehicle. Prior to my arrival I received a call from Abu saying that they had replace the battery and the vehicle will be ready. I show up and he claimed to be working with another customer and handed me off to this young lady named Charity. Speaking with her was the only delightful part of the visit. I sat for 20 mins waiting for them to pull the car up front. The car finally arrives and as I get in I quickly notice that the car was extremely low on gas. Gas light shining clear as day. I was told to drive to the gas station so they can fill up the car (lol). I was also told to leave the car running as it gets filled up. After I performed this task for them I was free to drive around and experience the vehicle. After the test drive, I parked the car and turned it off. As I was proceeding back into the building I heard a “tick tick” noise, I turned around and noticed Charity was unable to start the vehicle due to the battery dying. I spoke numbers with Charity. Abu showed up once and just stood against the wall and watched us talk then walked away. He did not return. Charity and I weren’t able to come to a favorable price. Of course I had to speak with the manager, I do not remember his name but I do recall him not asking at all how the test drive went or able to offer me any type of deal even tho unaware to him I just had the most unacceptable experiences ever.. I truly feel bad for Charity because she was pushed into the worst sales opportunity ever, all due to Abu not properly planning my visit and not doing his due diligence on a “brand new” car that clearly should not be on the lot for sell. Again, this was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Proceed with caution.
