My Ford focus 2013 was brought in for service last month sometime. A day later oil was leaking. brought it back and was told that that can happen sometimes. another day later a puddle of oil in my parking s sometime. A day later oil was leaking. brought it back and was told that that can happen sometimes. another day later a puddle of oil in my parking space. brought it back again. just last week the oil change due light comes on. i thought i was seeing thing. this week now the oil change due message pops up each time i start the car. An engine block was suppose to be placed on the engine to get rid of the "motorcycle" sound when driving. i still hear this annoying sound. I don't have confidence in the service that was provided. And i don't want to bring it back to that location. thanks More

I got my car evaluated two weeks ago to fix a transmission issue and Carlos said he would call me back when the parts arrived. Now I had had to call and apparently there is no record of this in t transmission issue and Carlos said he would call me back when the parts arrived. Now I had had to call and apparently there is no record of this in the system and Carlos forgot what he told me. Further, the technician I was told that handled the car is in Florida and can’t be reached so I’m stuck worrying if my transmission is going to fail. The only remedy offered after several calls was to bring the car back after the holidays and start all over again. Very unprofessional More
