Great Team Support I went in to have my 2012 sentra oil changed and ended up purchasing a new 2015 nissan rogue... Mr Harry, was phenomenal and he was very personal, he I went in to have my 2012 sentra oil changed and ended up purchasing a new 2015 nissan rogue... Mr Harry, was phenomenal and he was very personal, he actually remembered me and family , when I purchase my first car coming out of college in 2012. He as me what I wanted and how much am I willing to invest. I told him and he worked it out for me. I ended up getting what I wanted when I first tried to purchase a car. After working with Mr. Harrry, I was given the opportunity to meet Mr. Ray Sims, who was also personable, made me feel comfortable and trusted him with information, again I came in with the intention to get the oil change, and wasn't with anyone to help me. My interest was better than my last care payments and I was able to walk out not being stressed because I purchase a SUV, it felt great to do this on my own, and the team of gentlemen I had was amazing, also Mr. Delvin Washington who was behind the scene. More
UNORGANIZED! WORST experience EVER!! Was told we was approved by Regal Acceptance finance. Was told to put down $1000. We signed our complete contract and was put in a 2015 altima. Aft Was told we was approved by Regal Acceptance finance. Was told to put down $1000. We signed our complete contract and was put in a 2015 altima. After nearly 40days of having the car, we was told that they couldn't find a bank to finance us and we had to bring the car back. The WORST!!! NEVER WILL WE GO TO OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! I chose Nissan of Chesapeake because of their outstanding Service Department (I had a bad experience at Hall Nissan)...simply put, the Outstanding Service Department won my business. I decided to give the Sales Department a chance to win me over as well. Mr. Gino Evans was very professional and very knowledgeable about all Nissan products. He made the car buying process seamless and refreshing. I would and will recommend him to my friends and coworkers. Additionally, Mr. Terrence Benn, in the Finance Department, was also a pleasure to work with during the process. Ray Sims, one of the Finance Manager, has been part of our car buying experiences for years. We also met a sales representative named Jonelle Pitt. She was outstanding!! She made us fee like family. I asked her during our experience, "What makes this dealership the leader of all Nissan dealerships?" She said it is because of the desire to please the customer and help them get the car of their needs without hassle. She also said that great customer service is a priority. While we were in the dealership, every sale was celebrated by all of the Nissan salesman and management. THAT WAS AWESOME. They clapped and shook the hand of the customer who had just purchased a car. Also Carlton Sample really worked hard to give us the best financial deal and he has a great sense of humor. Finally Rick Sanchez sealed the deal with his hospitality and finishing touches to our new purchase. Thanks Nissan of Chesapeake family for our new Nissan Rogue. Unreal I knew I wanted a Nissan product. I have had a Nissan Maxima since 2003. It has been a great car. We went shopping on Black Friday because the Interne I knew I wanted a Nissan product. I have had a Nissan Maxima since 2003. It has been a great car. We went shopping on Black Friday because the Internet prices were very good. We were meet by Marc, the Sales Manager, he was great. He listen to our needs and found out he drives a Marano, the same car I was interested in. I thought I might wait for the 2016 to come out. After talking to Marc, he changed my mine. Leo and Marc worked with me trying to come with my price I needed to buy a car. After several tries we got close to the price, but hit a road block with the price of the car and trade in value for my car. I saw the car slipping away without the fault of Marc. I just couldn't buy a car for the last price given, which was a far price. I said Thank You, but just too much for me to handle. Marc would not give up and went back to get my price. After a few minutes he came back with a amazing price. They took more off the car and give me an excellent price for my trade. He put the price down in front of me and could believe my eyes. He did it, it was unreal of a deal. Leo and Marc couldn't have more helpful. When we left to return the next day for the car, my daughter and I really felt good about our experience we had at Cheaspeake Nissan. Oh by the way, the dealership sold 32 cars that day!!! UNREAL!!! More
