I told them which truck I was interested in and they gave me the info I requested and never pushed to try to get me to go with something new or more expensive. Stephanie the online rep was very forthcoming with all the information I requested and Chris B at the dealership was extremely professional and polite. I told him I have had bad experiences, so he didn't push or try to fast talk me. Even wrote down a few numbers since I told him I am a more visual person. I was recently in the market for a new to me vehicle as my lease was expiring. I had done some research on available GMC terrains across the state and found that several were available at Banks. I scheduled an appointment which was seamless and met with Gary. My original appointment was with Sal who introduced himself and let me know that Gary would be helping out in my search. Gary was very knowledgeable and walked me through the buying process. He was very patient and understanding of my situation and guided me through buying my 2022 terrain. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership from those in reception, to sales, and the finance department. Everyone was amazing to work with which made me feel very confident in my decision making to come to banks. I often find that spending any amount of time in a dealership can be stressful and overwhelming. My first complimentary service experience 4 months after my initial purchase was as good as the sales experience. I was offered 2 complimentary basic service appointments with the purchase of my truck, whi my initial purchase was as good as the sales experience. They did the oil change, tire rotation, multi-point service inspection, washed the truck and cleaned the inside in less than 90 minutes. They also offer basic services with no appointment needed, very convenient, which I plan to use in the future! Having a top quality service department is critical for me. So many other outfits (won't name any) have allowed the quality of their service department to decline. I "fired" a previous dealership a few years ago, ending a 14 year business relationship, simply because their service quality had plummeted. More
