Took my Tahoe in for oil change and tire rotation. Excellent customer service! The drive-up service area and the service reps made everything so easy. Comfortable & clean waiting area with Wifi and Excellent customer service! The drive-up service area and the service reps made everything so easy. Comfortable & clean waiting area with Wifi and a little cafe was very nice too. I especially appreciated having my car detailed as well free of charge (washed and vacuumed windows washed and the dash was dusted as well). This is an extra touch that I get at Banks - that I do not get at my other Chevrolet Dearlership (Hubert Vester in Wilson, NC at my winter home). More

Positive results from the service department. Banks treats you fairly and treats you with respect. The only thing negative is the response that Cadillac will not do anything about the rear liftga Banks treats you fairly and treats you with respect. The only thing negative is the response that Cadillac will not do anything about the rear liftgate drain tube issue. While this is a manufactuing defect from Cadillac it would be nice if the dealership would go one step further and make an attempt to offer a solution of their own. More
