As I arrived to banks I was greeted by Gary and he walked me around and asked me what I was looking for. Gary was amazing. He listened to what I had to say and understood my position. Recently went in for my 1st free oil change. The service department seems well organized. BUT 2 hours to wait for an oil change and wash is a little too much time.
