The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the service itself is much too slow. An oil change can take several hours, I've been to quirk several times and they have me in and out in under an hour. For my most recent visit, I had an appointment and it was a 5 hour wait to get an oil change, rear brakes and diagnose/change out a simple switch. I could have performed all of these tasks myself in 2 hours but wanted it done by the dealership due to it being a newer vehicle. I dread bringing my vehicle in because of the wait times More
