I told them which truck I was interested in and they gave me the info I requested and never pushed to try to get me to go with something new or more expensive. Stephanie the online rep was very forthcoming with all the information I requested and Chris B at the dealership was extremely professional and polite. I told him I have had bad experiences, so he didn't push or try to fast talk me. Even wrote down a few numbers since I told him I am a more visual person.
