When I entered the dealership, I did not know exactly what truck I was going to need to meet towing needs. I was certain I was going to need 1 ton truck. After speaking with Kyle Richards and he did some what truck I was going to need to meet towing needs. I was certain I was going to need 1 ton truck. After speaking with Kyle Richards and he did some online research to determine the weight of my 5th wheel camper he explained that the 3/4 ton truck would more then meet my needs and provide a much better ride then the 1 ton truck would. This also made it that I was able to get more options for less money then if I had bought the 1 ton. He could have steered me into the 1 ton just to make a little more money. Instead he put me in the truck that was right for me. I would highly recommed Kyle. He is very knowledgeable on the GM products. Thank you Kyle for time and help with this purchase. Floyd More

Overall the experience was okay, but could have been better. The salesman Nick Gagnon couldn’t be bothered after the sale to return a call or an email until a sales manager got involved. Had an issue with the tires on the truck which we were able to come to a resolution plan before taking the truck home. Also had an issue with the front brakes on the truck not working correctly due to rust build up and deep grooves in the rotors. I was assured they were fine. They were not fine and failed VT state inspection, I’m not impressed having to dump money into a certified used truck, especially when I traded in one that was very well maintained and had zero issues. More
