Sucky dealer!!!! I have dealt with banks over the last few years and service has always been ok, it was nothing special nor was it completely awful. I've bought two cars from banks one being a decent experience second one being a awful one.. when speaking to sale consultant about potential car it was nothing but butting heads from price of the car to car trade in. It all just sucked! After we FINALLY agreed on terms of the car and made the sale. There is an app for Cadillacs/ a trial period for service that gave you free onstar neither was mentioned until i mentioned it to them.. their knowledge of the app was less then satisfying due to the fact I had no idea what I was doing, you expect some help from people who have had experience with this material and would have known all the information needed, so the customer would have a better experience. Didn't end up completing the on star service things with them as I had ask to do, due to my lack of knowledge, i had to figure it out myself. now that's out of the way I finally get home to see giant scratch marks on the hood of the car and on the sides... you can only imagine how I felt,after all this. The car is nearly 60k.. i bring it back to dealer, their excuse,was sometimes they leave the factory like that.... I get nothing is going to be perfect,but my first thought was why aren't they making attempts to fix the issues rather than making excuses for them.. once we got to that point where we have talked about repair options, they had took my car back to do a touch up/ buff! their fix in my mind looked like someone took their 3 year old gave them black nail polish and told them have fun.. the marks didn't only look like crap but I've had other people tell me it looked like crap.. so now I'm making them fix the whole thing... so of course a rental car is involved I have just gotten a 2016 cts and my rental is a used 2015 chevy impala... I hate the rental car as it is not comfortable and lacked all the options in the car that my other one had.. in my mind if you buy/lease cars of high quality and they need it for repairs to the point you need a rental they should give you something of near equal value! also to add they put off my repair date because sale consultant was on vacation! Fully aware that I needed my car returned to me by a certain date for a medical reason, that could have been avoided by doing the repairs the week prior to my appointment.. Wasn't aware the time was suppose to convenient them, as this is a HUGE inconvenience to me! Great customer service! Only positive thing I can say is the guy who did the actual repair even said that what he could do in the given time wasn't a great fix and that he would tell them to fix it with body shop! That dude needs a promotion! Honestly if they had zero star as an option I would do it... but because of that guy you get a star! My family happens to know a few people at this dealership so i was recommended to go here by them and other family friends. So you didn't only let me down you let them down. I will honestly probably never deal with banks again worst part is nothing has been offered or given to me for the inconvenience or for the aggravation I feel after arguing with countless of mangers!! But let's give them around of applause for winning worst dealership. More
Great salesman, dealership no. I was ready to chuck it all and go elsewhere but salesman Nick Trudel would not give up and worked extra hard to get me a vehicle. I knew what I wanted and they didn't have it, so would get it but at a much higher cost. Then we agreed on a trade in price and then as I was ready to sign a P&S on a vehicle, they dropped the trade in $1000.00. They say figures don't lie but liars can figure, and this bunch surely can figure. It had nothing to do with Nick Trudel. Most of the nonsense took place on his day off by one of his many supervisors. Nick turned it around, and only Nick. I bought a car but got one which was not the color I wanted and had a sun roof which is one of the things I DID NOT WANT. The car seems to be good, and they got a decent value for me, but as I told Nick, I would settle for the sun roof but he would have to settle for my not being a happy customer. It was too much of a city slick type of dealing until Nick turned it around, and I would not return, nor would I recommend the dealership. As for Nick Trudel, you have a valuable employee there and should reward him. More

Makes car buying enjoyable again! You know the drill - give up your name, phone number, and email and you are bombarded with sales calls pitching the best prices on a new vehicle. Add in having a full-time job, demanding schedule with kids and sports and you'll just about give up before you start. Leave your worries home. Arriving at Banks, I was given a salesperson who was friendly and knowledgeable. We decided the vehicle we were looking at wasn't big enough, and we left with suggestions on other vehicles to research. We received an Eprice and came back to purchase a vehicle within the week. Easy. No stress. Fair. No pressure. We absolutely love our vehicle, it fits the entire family, and we walked away happy customers! More

Smooth, factual, no-nonsense experience. Very nice, factual, no-nonsense, no up-front hidden fees, no pressure. We knew what we wanted which also helped. Beau clearly explained all the financial options and answered all our questions. The process was a bit long but we chose the right day and enjoyed the free monthly bbq lunch while waiting for the car to be prepped. Once we got home, however, we did notice that the detailing of the new car was not as thorough as we would have expected. Over all a good experience. More
