Amazing customer service This is the second vehicle my family has purchased from Banks and the experience was just as outstanding as the first time. Brennan was ours sales rep This is the second vehicle my family has purchased from Banks and the experience was just as outstanding as the first time. Brennan was ours sales rep and he was extremely professional and friendly during our initial visit. I returned two days later to purchase the vehicle and was disappointed when I learned that he was on his day off. I was directed to another sales rep Kyle. Kyle was just as professional and friendly as Brennan and promptly processed the initial paperwork. The plan was for me to return later in the day to pick up the vehicle. Just before I left, Brennan arrived. I spoke with him briefly and he told me he would be in later come in later to finalize the paperwork. I told him it was not necessary as I did not want to ruin his day off. He told me not to worry, that he lived close by and wanted to make sure everything went smoothly. Sure enough when I arrived later that day, Brennan was there to meet me. It was truly amazing, in this day and age, to see someone so dedicated to his job and company that he would take time out of his day off to ensure his customer was satisfied. In closing, I want to thank everyone at Banks for another great car buying experience. More
