We had a certain price range we were looking to spend. They went above and beyond to get us into a truck that we didn't even know was in our price range! With our two children in tow they made sure they were quick and sensitive to the time we needed to have everything ready by. Daniel Tobin went above and beyond on all points during our visit he truly made buying our truck painless. We absolutely love our new GMC truck! Banks is all about customer service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! More

Good deal, decent car, poor sales representative I almost didn't want to write this. I've bought several cars in the last few years from Banks. I know their processes and can normally get what I want I almost didn't want to write this. I've bought several cars in the last few years from Banks. I know their processes and can normally get what I want, while they get what they need, all very quickly. My normal sales rep wasn't there, so I figured I would try a new one. I already knew what car to go after, I knew what they paid for it and I knew what I would pay for it. I also had limited time for dealer games and thought I made it very clear. The negotiation process went as expected, but took longer than normal, as the sales rep was holding out for more than the sales desk. I knew what I was going to pay and not a penny more. They knew I was not invested and I probably should have walked several times. I ignored that feeling twice. Finally, the sales manager came over and we struck a deal. This is when things stopped going as normal, as I think Allison didn't like the deal. I bought a car for my son to wrack up the miles on. I have to be very clear, I told them I was on a very tight time constraint. I had to be back on the road. The paperwork was ready. The finance manager and sales manager got me in and out, knowing I had to move fast. Allison was at first no where to be seen, then over talking to one of her co-workers while the paperwork sat on her desk and I stood around twiddling my thumbs. I almost walked, again - that's the 3rd time. I remarked that I was in a hurry, that I had to work and could lose a very serious client. Her comment: "relax, these things take time, that I was not giving her the warm and fuzzies". How the heck is it my job to give her the "warm and fuzzies"??? She also tried to get me to come back for the closing, since she had another customer coming in at 5pm. Why do I care about that? Am I not the customer in front of her, buying a car? Could we not sign the paperwork and finish this in the time we had? I continued to get the impression that her time was more important than mine, that she was following a process she was not in control of. See, I feel, I controlled the process more than she did, not so sure she liked that. Odd, considering that my money was going into her pocket. The star rating is all my sales representative experience. Sadly, she was the last person I spoke with, but this should not reflect on sales management or the finance office. Funny thing, I told her I was also interested in a Cadillac CTS-V. This is after I bought my son's car. That's a sale she won't be getting, but Banks probably will. I'll go back to my original sales rep and hopefully get to write a much different review. More
