Fantastic Truck Buying Experience I was interested in test driving a truck I saw on the lot at Banks. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly sales associate, Mike. He got m I was interested in test driving a truck I saw on the lot at Banks. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly sales associate, Mike. He got me the keys quickly and I was on my way. When I returned from the test drive, he followed up with me and answered all my questions completely concerning the truck's features. I felt immediately comfortable dealing with Mike. The final question I asked him was, "Do you have it in Black?" It turns out they did! I told him it would be hard to choose between the two, Silver or Black. He quickly found its location and drove me (and my family) to see the Black truck in the Silver truck so I could compare the two side by side. I couldn't believe how helpful he was, comparing the interiors and offering advice each step of the way. Not sure which one I liked more, Mike encouraged me to call him the next day (on his day off!) once I had decided which color. So I did, Mike made sure my name was on it, and I bought it the next night! I have never felt so well taken care of, Mike was truly invested in making sure I was completely comfortable and every single one of my questions were answered. He even helped me set up all the new high tech features inside the truck when I picked it up. I can't thank Mike enough for his hard work on making the whole process smooth and easy for me, from the test drive to the day I drove my new truck off the lot. Best experience I could have ever hoped for and then some! More
