The people I dealt with, from the Sales Manager to the Salesman to the Finance person all knew exactly what they were doing. The salesman, Jeremy Chapman, had complete knowledge of the vehicles we looked at and never once had to wander off somewhere to get information from someone else. The entire affair was seamless and when that happens, one has great confidence in what is being said and what is happening. Banks is simply a great place to buy a car. More
