I was looking for a new used truck to replace my old truck. I live in Massachusetts and had searched all the available dealers in my area was not impressed by what I saw. And I am so glad it did , from the first phone call to the goodbye handshake I could not be more impressed with the dealership. I have been to a lot of them over the years and I’ve purchased many vehicles. But never have I been treated better than I was at Banks. I have told all of my friends and they are going to visit banks first when in search for a new or used vehicle. And I will give a shout out to one of these sales people Jeff Lavalley. the minute I met him. I felt like we were old friends, no pressure just answers to my questions.
