Both Allison Woods and Alex Thibodeau did an excellent job and even Steve didn’t pressure me at all in regards to finance options, he actually got me a better rate than my credit union. I’ve even had an experience with the service department due to a low Freon charge the AC wasn’t throwing “cold” air, I bought the car on Friday, I came in early on Saturday and was in and out of the service department in an hour on a very busy Saturday morning. I always service my cars at the dealer so I will be revisiting Banks as the need arises even though Betley Chevrolet is down the street from my house in Derry. I was very impressed with every facet of my purchase and service with your dealership so far. I highly recommend the Banks Dealership if you're considering purchasing any GM product. More

Tyler knew everything about all of the options I was looking for and even knew to upgrade me on my cover from the roll up one to the fold up one. So much better for the difference of a few dollars. I highly recommend dealing with him. He might look young but he really knows his stuff. At first the price wasn't what I wanted to pay but he ended up making it work for me within a week he called me with a discount that was coming up and got it to the price I wanted. He stays on top of things and won't let you fall through the cracks. It was really nice to find a salesman that has the customers interest in mind. Seek him out you won't be disappointed!
