Tyler knew everything about all of the options I was looking for and even knew to upgrade me on my cover from the roll up one to the fold up one. So much better for the difference of a few dollars. I highly recommend dealing with him. He might look young but he really knows his stuff. At first the price wasn't what I wanted to pay but he ended up making it work for me within a week he called me with a discount that was coming up and got it to the price I wanted. He stays on top of things and won't let you fall through the cracks. It was really nice to find a salesman that has the customers interest in mind. Seek him out you won't be disappointed! They had what I wanted I was researching purchasing a new truck for more than a month prior to visiting dealerships. I had heard that Banks had a large inventory of vehicles I was researching purchasing a new truck for more than a month prior to visiting dealerships. I had heard that Banks had a large inventory of vehicles, so I decided to stop in there to see what they had. As the Colorado and Canyon is a newly designed truck, it has been extremely popular and very difficult to keep on showroom floors. I was able to drive a 4 cylinder Colorado initially and from that test drive, I discovered that I would need the 6 cylinder version. The salesman Seth Boutin was attentive to my needs and was good about keeping in contact with me without being pushy. I typically loathe the purchasing process because many salesmen are pushy and seldom listen to the needs of the customer. Seth made me comfortable right away, despite my arriving at the dealership just 30 minutes prior to their closing. I looked around online at other dealerships to see who might have the exact truck that I was looking for, and found that there weren't many others within 50 miles of my home. I travelled to the other local Chevy dealership that had a Colorado, one afternoon and was treated very differently than I was at Banks. The salesman, upon approaching me as I got out of my vehicle, jumped straight into what I was looking for, and never introduced himself or even shook my hand. I left a short while later and headed up to Banks to meet with Seth and we got the deal done that evening. More
