I Took my 2025 car in for an inspection. I made an appointment so I was hoping I wouldnt have to wait so long, drove thru the proper lane. My appointment was at 4. I got there at 3.58. I was told if I was 5 minutes late, I would lose my appointment. I waited for 2 hours. Finally, I got up to see what was taking so long. They said, I tried to call. Nope, got the wrong phone number. It was done, they said they called a few minutes before I got there. I still had to wait to get my keys. Now, this is at 6. I got home and looked at my inspection paperwork. It was done at 5. This shoukd have been an easy thing. My car is a 2025. Why did it take so long. No, I wont be back. More
