The moment I entered Banks Chevrolet Dealership, I saw a lot of happy faces. I was greeted by Salesperson, Tanner Chamberlain. I explained to him what I was looking for, and he aimed to please. The new vehicle I purchased came off the lot with some paint imperfections. When I brought this to the attention of the salesman, he arranged for it all to be taken care of. Pleased with the service I received for the oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would be a a bit over an hour and it was. Was first of 2 free oil changes I was entitled to for buying the car. I’ve always had a fantastic experience at Banks. We’ve been bringing our cars to them for years and they are honest, reliable and transparent. Their basic care is always reliable, although wait times can be a bit long for things like oil changes and tire rotations. Waiting area is comfortable, has WiFi, free coffee and a cafe. EDIT** I called and left a message for the GM. I was called back and was told by Wayne that the GM didn’t want to speak to me and didn’t want my business. I was also told the same thing from Wayne as well as him speaking to be very rudely. My brand new truck was washed without my consent and now has hard water spots and swirl marks. Mind you I had the truck professionally ceramic coated for $1,750. Which now needs to be re done plus fixing the swirling in the head and tail lights. ALSO my crooked steering column is still not fixed (an issue from the factory). The only thing I have to say is wow… I’ve truly never encountered a more incompetent, careless, and unprofessional group of people in my life. From start to finish, the experience was an absolute disaster. They couldn’t get the simplest things right, and every time I thought it couldn’t get worse, it somehow did. Communication is non-existent. Nobody seems to know what’s going on, and you’ll get a different story every time you call—if you can even get someone to answer the phone. The staff is either completely untrained or just doesn’t care. Either way, the result is the same: sloppy work, endless excuses, and complete disregard for customers’ time and money. If you value your sanity, your vehicle, and basic decency, steer clear of Banks Chevrolet. This place is a shining example of everything that’s wrong with the automotive industry—disorganization, arrogance, and a total lack of accountability. Save yourself the headache and take your business literally anywhere else. More
