EDIT** I called and left a message for the GM. I was called back and was told by Wayne that the GM didn’t want to speak to me and didn’t want my business. I was also told the same thing from Wayne as well as him speaking to be very rudely. My brand new truck was washed without my consent and now has hard water spots and swirl marks. Mind you I had the truck professionally ceramic coated for $1,750. Which now needs to be re done plus fixing the swirling in the head and tail lights. ALSO my crooked steering column is still not fixed (an issue from the factory). The only thing I have to say is wow… I’ve truly never encountered a more incompetent, careless, and unprofessional group of people in my life. From start to finish, the experience was an absolute disaster. They couldn’t get the simplest things right, and every time I thought it couldn’t get worse, it somehow did. Communication is non-existent. Nobody seems to know what’s going on, and you’ll get a different story every time you call—if you can even get someone to answer the phone. The staff is either completely untrained or just doesn’t care. Either way, the result is the same: sloppy work, endless excuses, and complete disregard for customers’ time and money. If you value your sanity, your vehicle, and basic decency, steer clear of Banks Chevrolet. This place is a shining example of everything that’s wrong with the automotive industry—disorganization, arrogance, and a total lack of accountability.
