I recently purchased a 2021 Silverado and was done with the process in an impressive short time. Every staff member showed a genuine interest in my comfort. I had my vehicle in for a repair, recently. The job was completed and overall I’m happy with it but I have to say, the communication was not great. I had to call the dealer twice to see if th The job was completed and overall I’m happy with it but I have to say, the communication was not great. I had to call the dealer twice to see if the parts were in and then had to wait another week to get an appointment, I wasn’t able to get a loaner car, mine was there for two days. Overall, it took a month to get the parts and have the repair done. Everyone that I spoke to was friendly and the job got done but the communication could have been better. More
