The issue I had initially I was told I had an appointment 3 weeks out. I couldn’t wait and after driving down and meeting with service manager they took my truck in and the following Monday resolved my issu 3 weeks out. I love Banks but I was not happy with our service center liasion, Justin. I was told it would take 1 day and it took a week to complete the repair and he didn't keep me aware of where things stood regardin liasion, Justin. Also, his telephone etiquette was terrible. He just says OK and hangs up, not goodbye. I'm not trying to be petty but it just felt rude and unprofessional. More

Banks in Concord NH did an oil change with MULTI-POINT VEHICLE INSPECTION on my vehicle. They washed my vehicle also. All done well and paperwork was clear and informative. The cashiers are deadpan as always, but not unfriendly (this time). She did offer me the the preferred customer card that gives you the 6th oil change free, so it least there was something extra that was communicated. Kind of a snooty vibe here like they are a Mercedes dealership, but not a big deal. Odd setup of maneuvering through moving vehicles to get to my parked vehicle when completed. Very large and comfortable waiting rrom is a plus. Clean restroom is a plus. More
