Went in for grease /oil change last Wednesday and to have someone check on why my engine light was on. I was told I would have to make a service appointment for that. I was somewhat reassured when I wa have someone check on why my engine light was on. I was told I would have to make a service appointment for that. I was somewhat reassured when I was told it was probably a sensor issue and I should be ok. However it is disappointing because I am concerned about a breakdown and also the next available service appointment was not until September 7th. which is over a week away , and there is no guarantee it can be fixed then - might not have the parts etc. Thar would means another appointment. Otherwise service was fine. More

Troy Demers was so very helpful from start to finish on my purchase of a 2024 2500hd. I did most everything over the phone and through emails so when I arrived at dealership it was a seamless transition fr my purchase of a 2024 2500hd.
