This was the easiest car purchase ever. It was a great experience, everyone was very friendly and we were in and out in just a few hours. I definitely recommend Banks in Concord NH! I was out in about 2 hours (you cannot make an appointment) which I didn't think was bad. They wash and vacuum your car. Always a pleasure at Banks. More

I had done a considerable amount of online shopping at home and narrowed my choices for a replacement down to the Blazer and Equinox. I reached out to two dealerships (Banks being one) and after talking to Cindy over the phone, I was excited to go see the two cars they had on the lot that matched what I was looking for. I was paired up with Alex and he showed me both cars, and after test driving both cars, I came to the decision to purchase the Blazer. I waited about a month to write this review, because I wanted to really think about the decision, and I could not be happier. Surprisingly the car is more fuel efficient than I thought, and it's not even close to being fully broke in. I can honestly say that I am very likely to purchase my next car at Banks and work with Alex again. More
Joke's on me for bringing a Jeep to a Chevy dealer for an inspection sticker, but I figured they could handle a basic state inspection. They told me the parking brake wouldn't hold and that was the only thin inspection sticker, but I figured they could handle a basic state inspection. They told me the parking brake wouldn't hold and that was the only thing it failed. I had to bring it in again for them to diagnose what was actually wrong with the parking brake - just a diagnostic visit, not to actually fix it. That would be another visit. I was told that the parking brake shoe was likely worn so it needed to be replaced. Before agreeing to a $450 parts & labor visit, I took it to a local mechanic. He found that the parking brake cable was never properly connected from the factory to begin with (but thanks for those previous inspection stickers, Banks...) so of course it wouldn't hold. He also found my rear tires and rear brakes shouldn't have passed inspection. Great work, Banks. Stellar inspection. More
