Service department is so understaffed with mechanics that they can't even service a vehicle for days! Plenty of salespeople and service writers but always have to schedule an appointment for service then wa they can't even service a vehicle for days! Plenty of salespeople and service writers but always have to schedule an appointment for service then wait for that day to arrive. And at no time have I ever been offered a courtesy ride home. I always have to arrange my own transportation. Apparently courtesy rides are only done at their convenience and not the customer's. More
