Bought a certified Cadillac XT6 at Banks. Super smooth low pressure. Heard a rattle. I like to wrench so I checked and it was an exhaust isolator that fell out. Easily missed. I bought my first vehicle from Banks recently and just had my first oil change there (which was complimentary for purchasing a vehicle at the dealership). Service was incredible. Greeted immediately as I entered the service bay by very pleasant people who directed me where to go and took my VIN. I left the car and went to the service desk where another very nice employee took my info and offered a wash and vacuum free of charge. I then went into the waiting room complete with leather chairs and sofas, flat screen tv, coffee station and a Nadeau’s subs counter. They even have a kids room with toys, books and a separate tv for children. The whole experience was incredible and it only took an hour. Can’t recommend enough. I will only buy and service my vehicles at Banks for the foreseeable future. More
