I found the truck I wanted while searching the inventory found on Chevy's web page. Going to Banks web page to check if the truck was available, I was quickly contacted by the Online sales team. They seamlessly handed me off to the online sales team, and even though I spoke with three different members if the team (Cindy, Cammie & Kendall) they all knew what was previously discussed. After I was passed off to Kevin for the sale itself, my final questions were answered and I booked my Flight to Manchester. Kevin kept me up to date as to the delivery status of the truck and made sure I all documentation was ready to go. Two days before I flew up there, Otto from finance called and we finalized the financial aspects of the purchase. He made sure I had everything ready to go so when I got there there would be no hiccups. Banks had someone meet me at the airport and drive me there to get my truck. Kevin took me to the truck where they were completing the PDI, brought me to the Barbecue (I lucked out, apparently they bring in a BBQ company once a month, I was there on such a day!) where I got a some good eats. After that the paperwork was a breeze . . . And I was on the road with my new 2023 Chevy Colorado ZR2 Desert Boss! Would definitely do another Fly & Buy with them - If I lived closer, they would be my go-to Chevy Dealer! More
