I was a regular customer at banks chevy and also sent friends there I called on a vehicle first thing in the morning talked to my salesman about a truck that I wanted to purchase a little I received a te friends there I called on a vehicle first thing in the morning talked to my salesman about a truck that I wanted to purchase a little I received a text approximately 2 hours later saying truck still available but must leave a deposit I replied will call in now salesman was tied up so asked for a manager was told had to wait for salesman 1 hour later I received a text saying manager was working on a deal with someone from another state truck should have been sold to the first person that called on it will never do business with banks chevy again not a good way to treat a loyal customer. Banks service department has always provided excellent maintenance of our Buick vehicles with the added benefit that our vehicles have been returned to us newly washed. The only complaint I have it that maintenance of our Buick vehicles with the added benefit that our vehicles have been returned to us newly washed. The only complaint I have it that inevitably when the vehicle is returned to me the front driver's seat has ALWAYS been adjusted. I am an average sized man and thus question the need to adjust the seat for the short driver their staff must make taking the vehicle into and out of the service department. More
