My experience buying a vehicle from Kris Dumont at Banks was very pleasant. I got in contact with Kris at the beginning of year to place an order for the 2023 GMC Canyon AT4 which went into production Janua was very pleasant. I got in contact with Kris at the beginning of year to place an order for the 2023 GMC Canyon AT4 which went into production January 25th. Kris kept me updated on developments associated with the production and delivery of the vehicle, and I was able to finalize the purchase of the vehicle in July, driving it off the lot just days after it arrived in Concord. As a professional in the ICT sector, I am accustomed to and turned off by certain sales tactics, none of which Kris employed to my pleasure. However, it’s worth noting I ordered the vehicle and agreed on a price when I placed a deposit at the beginning of the year. Additionally, I’d note that I have friends and family members who have not had as positive experiences at Banks, so I would highly recommend seeking out Kris Dumont to sell you your next vehicle.
