I brought my 2022 GMC Sierra 2500 Denali diesel (purchased at Banks in September 2021) for an oil/filter change, tire rotation and state inspection. The process was friendly and efficient. First it took several weeks before I could get an appointment to repair my vehicle. When I first contacted them about my catalytic converter they took my information and said that as soon as someon appointment to repair my vehicle. When I first contacted them about my catalytic converter they took my information and said that as soon as someone in service was available they would contact me to set up an appointment. (By text messages) That was about 10:30 AM, at approximately 5:30 PM I sent another text asking if it was a very busy day because I was still waiting for someone from service to contact me. Shortly after I received a text response saying that they wanted to set up an appointment to repair the factory airbag recall (for well over a year), then they wanted me to bring it back in a couple of days so they could look at my catalytic converter, my state inspection failed because of it. I told them that I didn't want to be without my truck for 2 days. So they told me that they would order the parts and call with a new appointment. When I finally got an appointment I told them I would drop my truck the night before and they could have it for the day. I also asked that they do an oil change at the same time. They said they could and asked if I wanted the tires rotated as well. I said that I did. When I dropped the truck off the night before I went over everything that they were going to do and asked if it would be ready the next day. I was told that it should be, The next afternoon I received a call informing me that they ran into some time issues and were unable to complete the job, and asked if they could keep it overnight so they could finish the next day. I didn’t feel like I had any choice if I wanted it completed and didn’t have to make another appointment, so I agreed. I got a call the next day around noon time telling me that it was completed. They told me that they had to put the catalytic converter under pressure to see the split seam. They replaced it. I asked about the oil change and tire rotation which I was told had also been completed. I then inquired as to how late they were open because I couldn’t get there until after I got out of work and managed to get a ride. I picked up my truck before closing, paid my bill, and waited for my truck to be brought around. When I got in my truck I noticed that some things were out of place. It appeared that my truck had been gone through. Thing were moved that the only way they would move was if it was deliberate. I then questioned if my tires were even rotated, I have 1 tire that I have to add air to it every several days, and I knew which tire it was. I looked at the air pressure of all the tires and noticed that they had filled all the tires with the proper air pressure. A few days later I noticed that the tire I had to add air to was the same place it was before I had them rotated. Every time prior to this the only service I had performed were oil changes and 1 other recall, but never left my truck overnight for service. Not sure I will ever again. I have not noticed anything missing from my truck, but it was definitely rummaged through, which upset me the most and greatly reduced my faith in Bank’s. More

Received excellent service on the day I got a state inspection and oil/lube/filter service. Got a rather expensive fix that had to be accomplished for the state inspection - they have a high labor rat inspection and oil/lube/filter service. Got a rather expensive fix that had to be accomplished for the state inspection - they have a high labor rate that's gone up quite a bit over the last two years. Without getting bogged down on that, they have a great facility, and the work performed is excellent, in my experience going there many times over the last 30 years or so. More
Our first time dealing with Banks Chevrolet. We had found the car online and made an appointment for that same day. We met Kris Dumont who was absolutely wonderful. While we would have liked We had found the car online and made an appointment for that same day. We met Kris Dumont who was absolutely wonderful. While we would have liked to get a little more for our trade-in everything went smoothly. We love the new car! We will definitely shop at Banks in the future. More
