VERY SATISFIED! I bought my car at Banks in April 2024. The staff are so professional and informative. I explained it was "wobbling" we figured i needed the tires balanced. They got my car in while I waited in the very comfortable waiting area. With cushy couches, tv and coffee. When they realized the problem was the axle shaft they got to work right away. They automatically checked into the warranty, no flaming hoops to jump through or questions asked. Knowing I was short on time they quickly got me into a loaner car and sent me on my way. All completely free of charge. I got my car back the next day wobble free. Thank you Banks Chevrolet! More
