I had my vehicle in for a repair, recently. The job was completed and overall I’m happy with it but I have to say, the communication was not great. I had to call the dealer twice to see if the parts were in and then had to wait another week to get an appointment, I wasn’t able to get a loaner car, mine was there for two days. Overall, it took a month to get the parts and have the repair done. Everyone that I spoke to was friendly and the job got done but the communication could have been better. More

I recently took my 2020 Silverado 1500 to Banks for the second of my included CPO oil changes with tire rotation. Everything went smoothly and I was called to pick up my completed vehicle, washed and vacuu second of my included CPO oil changes with tire rotation. I recently brought my 2014 Chevy Silverado to Bank's Chevrolet for service, and I had a great experience. Although there was a minor hiccup with my appointment not being found initially, the staff quick Chevrolet for service, and I had a great experience. Although there was a minor hiccup with my appointment not being found initially, the staff quickly resolved it by re-entering my service request. They were very accommodating, offering me a ride home and promptly picking me up when my truck was ready. The service itself was excellent. They changed all the fluids in my truck, including the coolant system, and even took the time to wash it. The process was fast and efficient, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Overall, the staff at Bank's Chevrolet provided top-notch service, and I highly recommend them whether you're looking to shop for a vehicle or need any maintenance work done.
