Made an appointment on friday,for the following wednesday,for an Evap issue that has been continual.Told service writer,or whoever it was that i had an evap code(codes)of po454,po451,po446 and that wednesday,for an Evap issue that has been continual.Told service writer,or whoever it was that i had an evap code(codes)of po454,po451,po446 and that i am driving from southern NH...about an hour and 15 minute drive.I needed professional mechanics,got there.waited 2 hours.Service writer and technition came and got me,told me my car had no issues?!Paid my bill,went out to my car.Plugged in scanner..still had all 3 codes.Went back in to get service writter and show him.I show service writter the codes.He says to me."we didnt see these codes."...i left,wont ever go back there...For 2 and a half hours of driving to banks and back...for them to tell me nothing is wrong..after waiting there an additional 2 hours....I could have gotten better service an diagnose at Autozone...5 minutes away. I WONT EVER GO BACK,YOU LOST MY BUSINESS. More

I don't know why I don't get all my services done at Banks. Routine service like an oil change is fast, requires no appointment, and includes a tire rotation and vehicle wash. I still like to do an occasional oil change by myself, and save a few bucks, but I don't save much time when I do, especially if I rotate the tires and wash my truck myself. Someday I'll get tired of that and just let Banks do all my services. More

Banks is always very nice and do things timely. My only suggestion would be to let customers know when 'issues' should be addressed rather than giving the 'warning' sign on the bill.
