I brought my 2016 Yukon XL in for some repairs that needed attention. The service manager (Steve) who took care of me was so honest and forthcoming. He noted additional repairs that were needed and gave me several options as to the importance of each repair - whether it needed to be fixed urgently or could wait - whether it could be repaired for less money or replaced. (Who gives you the option of saving money, anymore?) In one case, the repair wasn't needed! I also had my car detailed and it looked showroom new when I picked it up! However; the most important thing to me was the personalized communication with my service manager in discussing every option available to me. I've dealt with other dealerships that only communicate via text or email - terrible. I always feel heard and respected at Banks and that the Dealership believes personalized customer relationship is important. Well Done! More
