As always, Banks Chevrolet treated me well. Had an oil change and inspection and Mark in Basic Care got me in quickly and answered any questions I had. Vacuumed and washed the car and rotated the wheels at no charge. Been 7 years that I have been using Banks and feel comfortable leaving my car with them. Bringing my wife's Subaru in for oil change this month and for Inspections when it is time. More

We had our Equinox in for a warranty issue on the sun roof. They did a fantastic job repairing it and keeping us in the loop the entire time. The one star rating is for Service. Three times my wife has gone in for an oil change and each time there was an issue. She feels like the service people at the counter should be bett Three times my wife has gone in for an oil change and each time there was an issue. For example, twice they claimed they called her when the car was ready but neither time did she get the call and wasted time sitting around. They also did not try very hard to find her in the showroom. More
