Great service, great prices, lower than VIP where I got my first quote. Friendly staff, efficient, knew what they were talking about, knowledgeable about part needing replacement. Done in record time con my first quote. Friendly staff, efficient, knew what they were talking about, knowledgeable about part needing replacement. Done in record time considering the work involved to fix the problem. I need a new car and I will be going back to Banks. This will be my fourth car. Never fails to deliver the service. Court is great. He sold me my current car. Is on the look out for a another car I can afford. When my car was done, I got a call from a nice lady who handles the money. More

Had a fairly minor accident with my car(ran over debris). Had my car towed to Banks and waited a week before they could even look at it. Point: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR PRIOR TO THE INCIDEN Had my car towed to Banks and waited a week before they could even look at it. Point: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR PRIOR TO THE INCIDENT! My car is a hybrid. The accident caused the computer to go haywire. This in turn affected the electrical system to the point that by the time the tow truck delivered the vehicle that the wipers would just run periodically for no reason! While the car was shut completely off and no key was in it. After the evaluation it was determined that a fuel line was ruptured and a shield damaged. But lo and behold I needed a new OEM (that means overpriced and expensive) but if course this could not have possibly been related to the accident. I had to file a claim with my insurance to get the damage repaired. So after the repair parts came in and repairs done and new OVERPRICED and EXPENSIVE battery installed, the car wouldn't start. Apparently when the computer goes haywire it needs a "global reboot". At this point I spoke to my insurance adjuster and made my displeasure known that I was not happy about the whole battery issue(by the way, it needed a battery so they could move it around, yet it didn't run even with the new battery) and felt that the battery and additional repairs associated with the computer and electrical systems were a direct result of the accident and should be covered. Luckily for me the adjuster agreed. So all in all my vehicle was repaired, I paid my deductible and hopefully that ends the issue. But the added stress was completely unnecessary! Banks should have immediately included the battery replacement as accident related. No if, and or but about it! More
