I had an appointment booked for an inspection and oil change and tire rotation. They called me that same morning and told me that I didnt need an appointment for that and that they had cancelled the app change and tire rotation. I went into the dealership at the time of my appointment anyway and the line was around the corner of the building and was told it was a 5 hour wait. So I HAD an appointment and instead of honoring something I booked a week earlier they didnt honor it and instead left me in a line for 5 hours. I instead left and came in another day at 6:30 in the morning. That was a disgusting form of customer service that ONLY makes it easy on them and horrible for their customer. Their system had accepted the appointment and they COULD have contacted me BEFORE the day of the appointment so I could make other arrangements, ESPECIALLY when they knew it was going to be a 5 hour wait. Service maintenance was done and the front end was never greased, the oil filter was still loose, the air filter wasn't changed. They are more worried about quantity instead of quality.
