Great dealership. Comfortable Ble waiting room, cafe, and lots of vehicles to look over. Service bays are huge and cleans. My oil change and tire rotation went quick. Great service from phone call to make appointment till pick up after service. Bought a used 2011 Cadillac SRX. It had an outstanding recall that needed to be done. I called got an appt 4 days,later and wa pick up after service. Bought a used 2011 Cadillac SRX. It had an outstanding recall that needed to be done. Had to have a truck towed to Banks when the shift linkage broke. They were right on top of it. Sent me the quote for the work to be done and the time frame for doing it and were true to their word in both c broke. They were right on top of it.
