While the service people were very nice and the air bag (a recall item) was installed, I did not appreciate having to wait 3 hours for the service to be completed. The chairs in the waiting room were lovel (a recall item) was installed, I did not appreciate having to wait 3 hours for the service to be completed. The chairs in the waiting room were lovely and fine for most people, but being very short, I couldn't sit all the way back in the seats Because of this my back was killing me after two hours of sitting. I had to stand and keep moving around in order to tolerate the pain in my back. I couldn't wait for my car service to be completed. I recommend s couple of plain, straight back kitchen chairs for people with bad backs. More
Watch out do not go Banks There service dept will invoice for work they did not do When they do third party repair work They hold your car hostage until the third party warranty company pays them 5- invoice for work they did not do When they do third party repair work They hold your car hostage until the third party warranty company pays them 5- 14 days they do not tell you until work is done If service advisor is out for the day The manager will not investigate the error They say came back tomorrow they waste your time and gas money They are strict about there third party warranty work even though they do not disclosed there policy on 3 party warranty work only after work is complete If I knew prior I would not have gone to Banks for repairs why because your without car for 2 weeks Do not call the Concord Police they say it’s civil matter I think holding a car hostage is Criminal Don’t you GM dealership will not order aftermarket parts even if the GM part is not available/ back order with no ship date Go to your local mechanic they have freedom to orders parts from other sources other then just GM Buyer beware in NH Any police dept including Concord will not to help you police do not want to get involved when your car is held hostage / ransom money They say a civil matter I think it’s criminal don’t you More
