Took my Tahoe in for oil change and tire rotation. Excellent customer service! The drive-up service area and the service reps made everything so easy. I especially appreciated having my car detailed as well free of charge (washed and vacuumed windows washed and the dash was dusted as well). Positive results from the service department. Banks treats you fairly and treats you with respect. While this is a manufactuing defect from Cadillac it would be nice if the dealership would go one step further and make an attempt to offer a solution of their own. More

Our car is brand new has 2000 miles on it and needed brakes changed on the front because of noises. Thanks to the service department, they took care of it without any problems. Went to banks for inspection for my 2009 Colorado. Was told It failed for font inner and outer tie rod. Would cost almost $700.00 to replace. The service person in Quick lube is always trying to sell something. And the Labor prices is way out of hand !!!Taking my business else where !!!!! More
