The Service Valet Phil was LEGIT!! It was ultra cold out and he literally picked my truck up over his head and walked it into the shop(his old knees only buckled once.) Then to my amazement he squirted oil and he literally picked my truck up over his head and walked it into the shop(his old knees only buckled once.) Then to my amazement he squirted oil out of his eyeballs and into my truck while rotating the tires with his feet. I don’t know how he managed to keep my coffee hot, and read the newspaper to me while doing all this but holy moly! Top notch service!! Thanks Phil! More

My name is Roger C. and it was my first time at the dealership service center. There was a part recalled on my GMC that needed to be replaced. I walked through a door where I was told the waiting room dealership service center. There was a part recalled on my GMC that needed to be replaced. I walked through a door where I was told the waiting room was and was blown away by the decor and free coffee bar ! They even had a fireplace with wide screen TV's. All of the seating were theatre style seating. Even better was a little Bank Chevy restaurant than ran off of the waiting room with stools and tables to sit at and food to be ordered and cooked if your hungry. I might even just come back to watch some more episodes of Gilligan's Island when I'm bored and get lunch! It was truly an amazing experience. My vehicle also received a full point fluid inspection and free car wash. I have never seen a more customer oriented business, ever. These guys are the best of the best. Go have your mind blown and check it out for yourself! Bring an appetite too! More
While waiting for my vehicle to be service I watched the customer rep interact with other customers and I was really impressed by how he spent time with a customer who did not speak English very well. He took his time and explained in several different ways what he wanted to convey. Always with a smile. After a while the customer seemed to understand and was satisfied with the explanation. I feel he went beyond what most reps would do. As far as the work done on my vehicle; it was on time and done well. More
