I have been using Banks service dept since I bought my 2013 CTS wagon. From oil changes to major repairs I have not been disappointed. Estimates are detailed and explained. Brought my Tahoe in for service. Jennifer was great, had everything set up and ready to go. Kept me up to date on the progress and let me know when it was ready to be picked up. Been using Banks for my Cadillac SRX for 6 years now and always happy with service. Recently had an oil change and got car back clean and wheels rotated at no extra cost. Had my wife's Subaru oil changed at always happy with service. Recently had an oil change and got car back clean and wheels rotated at no extra cost. Had my wife's Subaru oil changed at a local dealer and they charged $30 for tire rotation and got cat my car back dirty. Using Banks from now on for the Subaru maintenance. More
