I’ve been a loyal banks customer for a few years now, bought at least 3-4 vehicles in that time. I do feel like banks does a great job overall but they don’t respect people time. I tried to make an appoi bought at least 3-4 vehicles in that time. I do feel like banks does a great job overall but they don’t respect people time. I tried to make an appointment, so I didn’t have to spend my entire day waiting in the lobby for a basic service. (Yes, you’ll have to spend at least half your day waiting here for a simple oil change, It’s ridiculous ) these are the services I requested:(oil change, tire swap and 30k service) I trie to make an appointment, they called to tell me I can’t make an appointment for these services and I must go through the first come first serve basic care department. I highly doubt your customer base is stay at home moms or dads. We have lives to live and you are inconsiderate of that. Canceling someone’s appointment because you dont want to allow them to save themselves time is just mind blowing. Do you not value your time? I value mine, and spending 4+ hrs waiting for these services is BS! Buying a car from here is great, getting follow up service here is a pain in the A**. I drove over an hour to get there, passing other dealerships now n the process. How’s does my loyalty get rewarded, by Banks Wasting my time. I will consider going elsewhere for services and maybe even purchasing my vehicles from now on. I’m sure this will fall on def ears because what’s one customer’s opinion worth. Just want you All to know what your in for if you choose to come here for service. It’s a HUGE WASTE OF YOUR TIME More
