I had the pleasure of working with Banks service department again. I had taken my car in for inspection, review two warranty issues and scheduled maintenance. I have an EV. Within about an hour of be in waiting area Matthew Bourque determined it would be more that a couple hours and offered me a loaner to make my day more productive as I was working remotely. Mr. Bourque was outstanding giving me update by phone calls during the day keeping me updated. Thanks to all the team members at Banks. More

Bought a certified Cadillac XT6 at Banks. Super smooth low pressure. Heard a rattle. I like to wrench so I checked and it was an exhaust isolator that fell out. Easily missed. I bought my first vehicle from Banks recently and just had my first oil change there (which was complimentary for purchasing a vehicle at the dealership). Service was incredible. Greeted immediately as I had my first oil change there (which was complimentary for purchasing a vehicle at the dealership). Service was incredible. Greeted immediately as I entered the service bay by very pleasant people who directed me where to go and took my VIN. I left the car and went to the service desk where another very nice employee took my info and offered a wash and vacuum free of charge. I then went into the waiting room complete with leather chairs and sofas, flat screen tv, coffee station and a Nadeau’s subs counter. They even have a kids room with toys, books and a separate tv for children. The whole experience was incredible and it only took an hour. Can’t recommend enough. I will only buy and service my vehicles at Banks for the foreseeable future. More

Drove in for an oil change and inspection. No appointment needed. The waiting room seats were super comfortable and they even have a sub shop in the building if you're hungry. I knew my service appointment was going to take a while. Intake was quick first thing in the morning. I made myself comfortable in the waiting room and settled in to accomplish a little work.
