The dealer worked well with the Ford's Friends and Family Program as I had a cam phaser issue. Few little glitches and they also helped me with some extra parts that I requested. Brought my truck in for a recall, I'm driving home and my brights won't stay on among no fog lights and other issues. I call the next morning, and they tell me everything is working fine like nothing was wro brights won't stay on among no fog lights and other issues. I'm like that's good i guess they fixed it nope come to find out it won't work in auto only when headlamps are in on position. the worst part is they had it in auto before and after visit so they knew it did not work as it should in auto but deceptively told me it was working. very bad service and ethics More

Have purchased trucks and cars here for 30 years. That ended today. Was not happy with the service department at all today. Truck was showing a code for the transmission. Transmission tech told me there is a transmission problem. The service department told me the ambient temp needed to be working. Then on the next appointment said I needed to get the tires alligned. Fixed the ambient temp and it and it is now working. 4 appointments later, it still is not fixed or in for repair. They're not sure what they could do. It has a recall, says it's a safety recall. It needs to be fixed immediately. That doesn't matter to them. So I will never buy another Ford. From this dealership, after 30 years went to see the sales manager he sent me on my way. So, this service department sucks and the sales dept doesn't care. And they'll never get another sale from me ever again. I made an appointment in Plainwell. They'll take the car in the same day. Give me a rental car and seem like they're excited that I bring it to them. They have just earned my in plainwell. And you just lost my business. Your customer service attitude sucks. A zero at best. DON'T SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMERS AND I WILL FIND AN OK THER FISH IN THE SEA. YOUR NOT THE ONLY ONE. More
