I truly feel incredibly disappointed in ther "service" I recieved from Barber Ford. I took my Mustang in for an Airbag recall. A couple of days later I get a call from Barber Ford letting me know my part fo recieved from Barber Ford. I took my Mustang in for an Airbag recall. A couple of days later I get a call from Barber Ford letting me know my part for glove box was in. At no point did they make me aware that they had not only broken my glove box during the recall but they also bent the face plate as well. That's not even the worse of it. Once I took time out of my day to come back and have them fix WHAT THEY BROKE. I never received an apology. No member of management addressed the lack of customer service. When I finally get in my car to drive home I find the mechanic had left greasy hand prints all over both the interior and exterior of my car. I truly expected more from Ford. I doubt anyone from Barber will reach out to me to make this right so I guess I'll have to wait to hear back from Ford customer service. More
Pete is great to work with! We have made a great friend with Pete and enjoy seeing him during our visits. Our son also sees Pete for his car purchases. Lost my trust in this service department before when I found them not doing the items they checked as completed. Don't know if they did this time or not as the oil life monitor was not reset. Do know I complained about brakes grabbing and almost dangerous when wet. I was told this is common on the Edge. Nothing done. Also complained about snapping and cracking noise when opening and closing tailgate. 1st told they didn't hear anything. Later told me they found the problem and would require the body shop to fix it. Same problem they fixed before after 3 days in the body shop. Normal quality service?? More

My vehicles airbag lite stayed on They checked and said I needed 2 new connectors price 600+ dollars to change said would take 3 to 4 hours I refuse repair and paid the 125 dollars dignosis fee and p/u vehic needed 2 new connectors price 600+ dollars to change said would take 3 to 4 hours I refuse repair and paid the 125 dollars dignosis fee and p/u vehicle when I got home taped up connectors with electrical tape and Wella Lite went off They are very nice and professional but this was a bit upsetting to me Thankyou More
