Barber Ford of Holland, Michigan serviced my 2023 F150 for a service recall notice. This took place May 20 - 21. I was treated very well, my service technician was Thom who did a great job in letting me know the service progress. I was given free shuttle service back to my home after I dropped off my truck. Had a flat tire on ‘20 Ford Escape. I had purchased tires for the Escape from my local Ford dealer so that’s where I went to see if it could be repaired. Sure enough, a piece of metal I had purchased tires for the Escape from my local Ford dealer so that’s where I went to see if it could be repaired. Sure enough, a piece of metal caused the flat. The service quickly took care of the tire by patching the puncture point. The tire was under warranty protection and they got it all taken care of and I was on my way with no charge. Thank you! More
