Buying a car Liked our salesman Ben Kleis very well. He was very good. However, our "closer", Randy Rochefort, was another story. After we told him we did not want the extended warranty he put our papers in front of us to sign. These papers had the extended warranty added onto our loan amount. I told him I think you made a mistake here. He kind of laughed and said "I did"t do it". Don"t appreciate him trying to pull a fast one on us. Otherwise, everybody was friendly and helpful, especially Ben. More
