That was a LIE. We asked specifically , saying TITANIUM at least 3 times and pointed to the car we were interested in, and even test drove it. There was no confusion. Maybe I should have known better, because five years ago when i was looking for a ford explorer they pulled the same thing on me. parking lot price was much different than office price. We walked out and went to another ford dealer and received fair price. I cannot in good conscience recommend BARBER FORD. More

Buying a car Liked our salesman Ben Kleis very well. He was very good. However, our "closer", Randy Rochefort, was another story. After we told him we did not want the extended warranty he put our papers in front of us to sign. These papers had the extended warranty added onto our loan amount. I told him I think you made a mistake here. He kind of laughed and said "I did"t do it". Don"t appreciate him trying to pull a fast one on us.
